Immigration & Administrative Records

  • Maintain and update personal records of foreign workers, including passport copies, work permits, and visa details.
  • Track expiry dates for permits, visas, and passports — notify management in advance for renewals.
  • Assist in the application and renewal process for work permits and immigration-related documents.
  • Liaise with agencies or legal consultants for processing of documents and compliance matters.

3. Administrative Tasks

  • Handling incoming communications, such as answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Managing all admin matters related to office equipment, uniforms and other general admin affairs.
  • Control and maintain office purchases, including stationery and own use for all departments / outlets.
  • Oversee company vehicles’ maintenance, service schedules, repairs, liaise with PUSPACOM, renewal road tax and insurance.
  • Maintain and record anything with expiry dates.
  • Coordinate monthly BHP and SHELL card usage.
  • Tracking Lorries GPS report.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and transportation.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintaining and organising office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is readily accessible.
  • Managing of Company Assets with proper labelling such as Laptop, Mobile Phone, Printer & etc.
