Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a

Platform Engineer

for our client in the Mining industry. The project is based in Perth, Australia but the client is open to remote work for candidates based in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities

Implement and maintain OpenShift clusters in on-prem production environments Design secure tunneling solutions for deployment instructions between network levels Establish air gap transfer strategies for code and artifacts Implement Humanitec with ArgoCD for GitOps-style deployments with appropriate on-prem networking constraints Create staging environments that accurately mirror production on-prem systems in AWS Work with cybersecurity teams to implement defense-in-depth strategies Establish robust change management processes for on-prem deployments Design backup and disaster recovery strategies appropriate for each Purdue Model level Requirements

Experience We're Looking For : Must-have skills and experience : Strong background in air-gapped and segmented network architectures Experience with secure artifact management (JFrog Artifactory preferred) Understanding of on-prem limitations (disconnected, latency, bandwidth constraints) Experience with manual deployment processes and change control Familiarity with vSphere and on-premises virtualization Desirable skills and experience : Understanding of the Purdue Model and ISA-95 standards Experience with mining or heavy industry operational environments Experience with industrial control systems and SCADA environments Knowledge of redundant system design for high availability Understanding of industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, etc.) Experience with staging / production environment separation in OT Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443) Knowledge of OT-specific security requirements and compliance standards Container Platforms : OpenShift (On-prem) and EKS (AWS) Infrastructure : On-premises VMware vSphere, Docker Swarm Source Control : GitHub with secure synchronization Monitoring : Industrial-grade observability tools Security : Air gap solutions, secure tunneling, RBAC Please reach out if you are interested to Sana Masuda at Seniority level
