Duties & Responsibilities : -
- Responsible for the in-market sales achievement, through driving the growth in retail channel (modern trade and general trade) in the assign branch / region / accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure long-term business partnership.
- Plan, executes and coordinates promotions with inter department teams, buyers to ensure timely and flawless execution in assigned accounts.
- Manage and monitor key account receivables, stock levels, A&P budgets, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and 4PL to ensure smooth operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and reports to superior, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend and competitor activities in the respective region / account and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required.
- Provide sales administrative support to sales team and assist in day-to-day coordination e.g. customer enquiry.
- Sales Data Management : Collecting, cleaning, managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data from various sources (Distributors, SAP, E-comm enabler etc.). Support in preparation of comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- To manage and track trade spend e.g. raise national PPF, A&P provision and ensure on time account payable to distributor.
- Sales Process Optimization : Streamline and automate existing sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts.
- Training and onboarding : Assists in the onboarding of new sales personnel by providing training on systems, sales processes, and sales tools.
Education & Experience : -
Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields.2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC food companies.Experience in Retail trade channel is desired (working experience in other Trade Channels will also be considered) and experience in working through Distributors is preferred for this position.Requirements & Skill : -
