Junior Business Analyst / QA
Entry level contract role focused on both Business Analysis and QA functions for a fintech product. The position supports product development from requirement gathering through release.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from internal teams and partners
- Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps
- Conduct UAT, regression, and sanity testing before releases
- Track defects and coordinate fixes with the development team
- Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, and release notes
- Work closely with the CEO and Product Team to validate new product features
- Ensure all system enhancements are documented and deployed smoothly
