Noble Land Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is an investment holding company specialising in property management and development. We are expanding into property development under the Noble Land Group and will launch a series of projects soon. Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive support to the Directors / Owner, managing their schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Liaise with clients, staff and external stakeholders, managing information flow and coordinating efforts to support the Owner's business objectives.
- Handle and oversee the financial records, managing the accounting transactions for multiple entities within the Owner's portfolio, preparation of periodic accounts and reports, budgeting and banking.
- Assist partly of human resource, secretarial and administration matters.
- Oversee and monitor and track portfolio of investments and report accordingly.
- Support and perform other assignments as required from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills
Able to converse well in English. Ability to converse in any Chinese dialect is an advantage (especially when liaising with relevant stakeholders) but not compulsory.Number-savvy, attention to detail as well as thorough in carrying out tasks.Business literate with a passion in accounting / finance / economics.Curious and resourceful.Hands-on in executing tasks, organised, independent and self-motivated.Discreet and professional in handling confidential matters.Good in written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to work with different stakeholders across the organisations.Diploma or degree in accounting with distinction / credit in mathematics for SPM / O-Levels.Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar role.Experience in HR / Admin / Finance or Accounting are welcome to apply.Possess above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Able to travel to different entities at different locations as and when required.Willing to work 5 days-week with 2 days work from home allowed based on job requirements.Other information
