We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our resort team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring that the property, equipment, and facilities are well maintained to deliver the highest level of comfort and safety to our guests.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations.
Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Manage budgets, maintenance supplies, and inventory control.
Coordinate with other departments to support smooth resort operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager (preferably in a hotel or resort).

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with hands-on approach.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
