The ideal candidate will handle full spectrum of accounting duties which includes preparing full sets of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manages monthly close within closing timeline, reconciles monthly sub-ledgers to general ledger account balances and prepares balance sheet schedules
- Provides monthly financial and variance analysis
- Maintains Sales Orderbook and provide financial analysis
- Assesses internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
- Ensures statutory books are maintained in order, including proper tax filing, liaison with internal and external auditors, compliance with corporate and accounting standards
- Prepares monthly and quarterly forecast including annual budget and tracking performance indicators
- Assists with preparation of annual budget for management’s review
- Prepares monthly commission calculations in accordance with sales performance plan
- Manages cash flow, including prompt collection of billings and maintain good relationship with banks
- Supports operations closely on financial matters
- Supervising a small finance / admin team
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or ACCA certificationAt least 5 years of experience in handling full set of accountsProficient in Microsoft Words and ExcelWorking knowledge of Navision Business Central is an advantagePrior experience in audit is preferredResponsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different levelsIndependent and with a high level of initiative#J-18808-Ljbffr
