About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.

What You’ll Do

  • First point of contact for all visitors entering the facility. Greet them warmly, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols.
  • Answer the telephone professionally. Create presentations and speak to groups of various sizes.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers with professional, customer-service-driven solutions.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing space, setup / teardown, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed information within the team and follow directions from the manager. Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems.

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Ability to work on rotational shift hours.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor; ability to assess circumstances and offer help.
