Responsibilities

• Responsible for all WWT / DI Plant instrument devices, including pH meter, weighing balance, colorimeter, conductivity meter, and COD analyzer.
• Attend daily equipment issue / breakdowns.
• Work with contractor / manufacturer to design, fabricate, and modify part or machine equipment under continuous improvement projects or Kaizen projects.
• Support functional teams in creating and administering PPMs, OPLs, and Kaizen activities.
• Conduct WWT / DI Plant JKKP inspections.
• Ensure basic GMP norms are followed and facility conditions are maintained.
• Support and implement production fabrication to meet GMP standards.
• Act as a WW competent person.
• Provide support for employee training and development.
• Assess, identify, and implement solutions for non-compliance in C&S design.
• Support engineering projects for new equipment and finishing line verification on EOSH, C&S, FP&R standard.
• Integrate quality system with EOHS and FP&R.
