Global Employee Engagement, Senior Specialist - Kuala Lumpur

VT Markets is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will report to the Organizational Development Manager and be part of the global HR Center of Excellence team.

Job Description

The Employee Engagement Specialist will serve as the strategic driver of employee experience across Southeast Asia, working closely with local HR Business Partners across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. This role places the candidate at the heart of the company's cultural transformation, where they will design and execute initiatives that directly impact how employees connect with the mission and each other.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or a related field from a reputable university, and 3-7 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, or Events Management within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment across multiple countries / time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies that enhance organizational culture and drive measurable improvements in employee engagement.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of both local Malaysian initiatives and global programs, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner with regional HR teams globally to develop and roll out key People-related projects that support business objectives, elevate employee value proposition, and drive organizational values.
