Overview
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in system integration, IT networks, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT offerings. Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet client requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using internal tools. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the IT system integration industry. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with enterprise clients across industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or government. Familiarity with vendor ecosystems (e.g. Microsoft, Huawei, HPE, DellEMC, AWS, Oracle). Certifications in sales or IT (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or vendor-specific certifications) are a plus.
