About this Position
This position focuses on driving growth for key Aerospace accounts in Singapore and Malaysia. It involves developing strong customer relationships, collaborating with regional teams, and building a robust sales pipeline to expand market share and ensure long-term business success.
What you´ll do
You are responsible for establishing strong partnerships with key accounts, capturing new opportunities and sales through collaboration with regional teams.
You manage customer relationship and customer satisfaction while expanding on market share.
You are responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline and strategy for business growth with assigned accounts.
You will serve as the main communication between key customers and internal teams.
You meet annual Key Performance targets.
You build sales demand forecast based on distributor / customer needs and own the numbers.
You need to prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
You should make recommendations to the management team on business activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target markets.
You coordinate and escalate challenges / opportunities to Technical / Product Development / Business Development / Purchasing / Customer Service / Supply Chain teams to support customer & Henkel needs
Role to be based in West Malaysia with remote option available.
