Job description

Join IJM Group's Industry Division as a HSE Executive where you'll leverage your technical expertise to develop client relationships, solve complex problems, and drive business growth for one of Malaysia's most respected companies.

Annual Leave : 20 days for executive and above (with up to 5 days carry-forward).

Your Impact :

To Liaise with other department on data collection pertaining to HSE and able to prepare report, analyze the result.

To create, develop, implement and closely monitor health, safety and environmental policies, program and procedures.

To plan, conduct and coordinate HSE related training which will increase proficiency in safe work practices and promote environmental consciousness.

To plan and carry out scheduled inspection at workplace, to ensure all legislation / requirement are complied

To promote HSE to all member of the organization, including management, supervisor and workers for their commitment and involvement in the HSE management systems.

What We're Looking For : Must Have :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Occupational safety & Health.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Construction

Fundamental knowledge in Occupational safety and health

Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively

Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO)

Good to Have :

Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO)

Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales

Understanding of project management principles

Knowledge of industry procurement processes

Existing network of industry contacts
