Who Are We?

Skutahub is a one-stop scooter specialist located in Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. We provide complete solutions for scooter servicing, repairs, spare parts, tyres, and accessories, both in-store and online via platforms like Shopee and TikTokShop. We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is proactive, customer-oriented, and experienced in managing online sales to join our growing team.

Responsibilities : Retail (In-store) :

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations (engine oil, tyres, accessories, spare parts, etc.).
  • Handle sales transactions, receipts, and POS system.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
  • Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.
  • Proven experience managing
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online sales platforms.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets.
  • Passion or interest in the automotive / scooter industry is an added advantage.
  • (Optional) Experience managing online sales platforms such as Shopee or Tiktok Shop is an advantage
