Skutahub is a one-stop scooter specialist located in Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. We provide complete solutions for scooter servicing, repairs, spare parts, tyres, and accessories, both in-store and online via platforms like Shopee and TikTokShop. We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is proactive, customer-oriented, and experienced in managing online sales to join our growing team.
Responsibilities : Retail (In-store) :
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations (engine oil, tyres, accessories, spare parts, etc.).
- Handle sales transactions, receipts, and POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
- Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.Proven experience managingBasic computer literacy and familiarity with online sales platforms.Strong communication and customer service skills.Able to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets.Passion or interest in the automotive / scooter industry is an added advantage.(Optional) Experience managing online sales platforms such as Shopee or Tiktok Shop is an advantageBenefits :
