Assistant Manager - Facility Management Head Office Opportunity.

  • Job Location : Wattala and Colombo
  • Working Hours : 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM
  • Working Days : Monday to Friday. Saturday once a month
  • Working Method (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote) : Onsite

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

  • Coordinate with contractors / suppliers and company management to finalize the refurbishment of new Branches (construction, electrical arrangement, flooring, setting office spaces / cubicles, ordering furniture etc.).
  • Ensure the generators, safes, A / C machines, fire extinguishers etc. are purchased and properly maintained for Head Office and Branches.
  • Order and distribute stationery and other supplies.
  • Planning and executing security protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
  • Track and report security incidents and prepare incident reports as necessary.
  • Manage and supervise mailroom activities, including receiving and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Ensure on time lease renewals and be cost effective through negotiations.
  • Ensure tagging of new assets acquired is done on time and accurately.
  • Execute supplier invoice verification process is carried out accurately before it goes to the finance team for processing.
  • Develop new policies and procedures to improve overall administration function of the organization,
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • A diploma or a higher qualification in in Facility Management / Procurement or related subject.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in Facility Management and administration in a similar organization (head office and 10-15 branches) would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling construction / refurbishment of offices etc.
  • Candidates should be able to travel independently to branch locations across the country.
