Client Advisor

Overview

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Client Advisor to join our team at StashAway Malaysia. This role is instrumental in growing our premium customer segment by delivering personalised financial guidance, building lasting relationships, and driving AUM growth. The candidate will be on the front lines of redefining how people manage their wealth through digital platforms. The candidate will report directly to the Deputy Country Manager to strategize and execute AUM impacting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) from existing and new customers through a combination of activities.
• Acquire new clients through existing network, events, financial health checks, and other proactive outreach efforts.
• Deliver financial advice and investment solutions tailored to clients’ goals through in-depth fact-finding.
• Build long-term relationships by offering exceptional service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Leverage client referrals to grow the customer base and build trust within the community.
• Convert leads from our database by setting up appointments and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
• Position StashAway as the primary investment platform by communicating the platform’s value and technology.
