Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and verify invoices for China market customers.
• Handle billing documents in Mandarin and English to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor payments, track outstanding receivables, and follow up with China clients.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers from China to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly billing reports and statements.
• Support finance team in reconciling accounts related to China transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, billing policies, and company procedures.
• Maintain proper billing records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Liaise with sales and logistics teams to confirm order, shipment, and billing details.
• Support monthly financial closing and reporting related to China billing activities.
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by superior.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors / customers regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team.
