  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Manage digital marketing activities across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, EDM, SEO / SEM, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver marketing content (articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, sales presentations) tailored to business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute online and offline marketing events, including webinars, workshops, roadshows, and partner activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and business teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
  • Support other marketing and business development initiatives as directed by the Business Development Director.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have 2–3 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, preferably in cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services.
  • Must be able to use LinkedIn and generate leads.
  • Preferably has 360 marketing experience or agency background.
  • Demonstrable skills in content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.
  • Proven track record in generating qualified leads through digital campaigns and events.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to articulate technical value propositions.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
