- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Manage digital marketing activities across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, EDM, SEO / SEM, etc.).
- Develop and deliver marketing content (articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, sales presentations) tailored to business needs.
- Coordinate and execute online and offline marketing events, including webinars, workshops, roadshows, and partner activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and business teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
- Support other marketing and business development initiatives as directed by the Business Development Director.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Must have 2–3 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, preferably in cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services.Must be able to use LinkedIn and generate leads.Preferably has 360 marketing experience or agency background.Demonstrable skills in content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.Proven track record in generating qualified leads through digital campaigns and events.Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to articulate technical value propositions.Hands‑on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems).Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms).Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Seniority level
