About the Role :
As our Manager, Network Planning & Development, you won't just be managing processes, you'll be shaping the future of our dealership network. Think of yourself as the strategist, innovator, and coach who drives operational excellence to the next level.
Your role? To reimagine and elevate how our dealerships perform, from fine-tuning processes, boosting compliance, and creating seamless customer journeys to leading cross-functional teams that bring bold ideas to life.
Your Day-to-Day :
- Improvement of outlets operational excellence, high compliance on outlet policy / procedures.
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various divisions to develop and execute improvement programs to drive outlet efficiency.
- Expand operational & customer experience through SSI / CSI and Mystery Shopper.
- Prepare a report to management as and when required.
Job Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry.Proven ability to organize, plan, and execute activities that deliver high-quality customer satisfaction.Strong proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.Skilled in implementing processes and procedures that ensure consistently high levels of customer service across all touchpoints.Solid Project Management skills with competence in planning, organizing, executing, and controlling projects effectively.Excellent analytical and reporting abilities, with a keen eye for driving data-driven decisions and improvements.
