Summary

You will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to guests. The Telephone Operator handles guest inquiries, manages administrative tasks, and interacts with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications

• Open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents due to work permit restrictions.
• Ideally hold a university degree / diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Experience in customer service within luxury hotels is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
