Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of automation testing experience with a focus on web UI and backend APIs. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test automation frameworks; experience with Tricentis Tosca is an advantage. Practical experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe; considered an advantage. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong structural, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a balanced, adaptive communication style; able to explain complex topics in simple terms. Passionate about learning new things regardless of challenges. Frontend testing : proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver. Backend testing : experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, RestAssured (experience with Tricentis Tosca is a plus). Frameworks : knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber. Build tools : familiarity with Maven or Gradle. CI / CD : experience with GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools. Version control : proficiency with Git. Full‑time Information Technology and Other Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting Total years of experience Nationality
Role and Responsibilities
- Be part of a product or scrum team and actively participate in delivering top‑quality software.
- Ensure that every change is thoroughly tested before being released to production systems.
- Leverage automation tools (primarily Tricentis Tosca) to design, execute, and maintain test plans for API and microservices offerings.
- Integrate automated scripts into CI / CD workflows as a test quality gate.
- Report defect and risk analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Mentor developers in their day‑to‑day tasks and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver sustainable solutions that support the organization’s long‑term goals while maximizing short‑term incremental gains.
