About This Job

You will be expected to show a high level of technical knowledge and professionalism at all times when responding to queries from international legal authorities, law firms and relevant third parties within a stipulated time-frame.

Responsibilities

• Attend to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives from all around the world while maintaining delivery of a high quality service level.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk and customer service teams ensuring all queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate.
• Maintain a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
• Escalate any queries or unresolved issues to Supervisors and as advised by the operations management, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
• Support the enhancement of our Legal Operations function.
• Manage or participate in specific projects which may arise from time to time.
