Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM and above or any related education. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English; good knowledge of additional languages Mandarin will be a definite plus. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. Responsibilities
- Sales Calls : Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote various banking products and services.
- Meeting Sales Targets : Making a certain number of calls per day, converting a certain percentage of leads into sales, and achieving specific revenue or performance targets.
- Documentation and Reporting : Generate reports on their sales performance to track progress against targets and provide feedback to management.
- Continuous Learning : From time to time need to stay updated on changes in the industry, product offerings, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development.
