For a client in the banking sector, this role involves creating and implementing automated testing solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
Implement automated testing solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test requirements and acceptance criteria
Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipeline
Monitor test execution and troubleshoot failures to identify root causes

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

9+ years in Software QA with a focus on automation

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium

Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies

Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
