Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bayan Lepas for a Senior Production Supervisor. The Senior Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning and coordinating production activities, and ensuring efficient production management. Daily tasks include supervising production teams, maintaining effective communication channels, and implementing production plans to meet quality and timeline specifications.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in overseeing production teams
• Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and interaction with teams
• Proficient in Production Management to ensure efficient and effective production processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the ICT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
