Mortgage Advisor

Responsibilities

Advise clients on mortgage options, refinancing, and loan restructuring.

Assess client financial profiles, documents, and eligibility for mortgage applications.

Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and property agents to ensure smooth application processes.

Assist clients in improving loan approval chances by providing financial advice and solutions.

Prepare, check, and submit complete loan applications within set timelines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.

Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
