Job Description :
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers, manager, auditors etc,
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties, monitor and analyse the overall performance of the company's accounts for presentation purposes to the line of directors,
- Forecast the company's situation for the incoming months / years,
- Provide documentation regarding accounts such as balance sheets and company ledgers;
- Involves preparing source documents for all transactions, operations, and other events of a business. (bookkeeping)
- Handle cheque and cash in / out of the company,
- Responsibility for bank transaction regarding salary, claim, suppliers and etc,
- Adhoc task given by manager.
Requirements :
At least 2 years experience in accounting fieldExperienced in SQL and UBS SystemExperienced in dental care will be priotizedJob Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
