Guest Reception & Check-In / Out
Job Purpose :
To provide support to the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service and smooth check-in / check-out processes while gaining practical exposure to daily front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in welcoming guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude.
- Support the check-in and check-out process under supervision, including handling guest registration and issuing room keys.
Guest Services & Inquiries
Provide basic information about hotel facilities, services, and surrounding attractions.Assist in handling guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.Reservation Handling
Support in checking and updating guest reservations in the Property Management System (PMS).Learn how to respond to phone, email, and walk-in booking inquiries.Cashiering Support
Observe and assist in processing guest payments and billing.Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and follow hotel procedures.Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest needs.Relay guest feedback or complaints to the Supervisor for appropriate action.Compliance & Grooming
Adhere to all SOPs, service standards, and grooming guidelines.Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel's image at all times.Learning & Development
Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and on-the-job learning.Develop a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and hospitality systems.Job Type : Internship
Contract length : 3-6 months
Pay : RM800.00 per month
