Attend to customers’ feedback professionally in compliance with Eco World’s service standards, offer reasonable alternatives in solving customer feedback.

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day property operational matters.

Build a good rapport with owners and JMB in order to deliver efficient management services.

Capable of assisting documentation such as reports, meeting minutes, invoices, payment receipt & etc.ensure documentation are fulfilled with Company requirements and in compliance with relevant law and regulations and other related administrative jobs.

Attend to ad-hoc requests to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualification & Requirements

Diploma / Degree in any field.

Enjoy multi‑tasking while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experienced in property management, proven result in performing administrative or coordinator duties are advantageous.

To be based in Semenyih / Kajang
