Job Summary

Key responsibilities include leading and growing Pro-Retailer network for Home & Distribution power products . You will also execute business plans, drive promotional activities, and manage sales targets by engaging directly with authorized pro-retailers across assigned territories. Your role will be responsible for expanding point-of-sale coverage, delivering product training, and promoting transactional offers to boost sell-out performance.

Job Description

• Execute business plan, strategies and promotional activities.
• Manage authorized company's pro-retailers by organizing sales visit within assigned territory and number of point of sales.
• Meet pro-retailers in person, pitching products & services and promoting the company's offerings / marketing program face-to-face.
• Responsible for carrying and meeting sales targets in addition to managing the number of point of sales, which means they are tasked with achieving specific sales goals or quotas through their direct interactions with pro-retailers.
• Persuasively promote the company's products / offerings to meet or exceed the set sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with pro-retailers by providing support, information, and guidance for company's products.
• Territory management - POS expansion all Regions - to recruit new pro-retailers.
• Promoting the company's transactional offers.
• Support authorized pro-retailers with product knowledge and training.
• Drive sell-out and ensuring offer attractiveness in the Pro-Retails channel.

Job Requirements

Work Type : 1 Year Contract

Work Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Remuneration : RM 5,000 - RM8,000
