Pre-Sales Engineer – Job Requirements & Responsibilities

Job Requirements :

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Communication and other related majors.

2.Understanding of embedded systems, communication technology (such as 4G / 5G, CAN, Ethernet, 485) in the traffic signal control equipment, and able to address customer inquiries regarding product technical details.

3.Knowledge of mainstream industrial MCUs in the industry and be able to introduce the MCU parameters and their meanings.

4.Familiar with the traffic signal control, product structure, technical parameters.

5.Have a certain programming foundation, can assist the R & D team to carry out simple technical verification or prototype design.

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, which will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Job Content :

1.Requirements understanding and analysis (Core Foundation) : accurately excavate customer's explicit and implicit needs; analyze the reasonableness, feasibility and priority of customer's requirements; transform customer's business requirements into specific product or solution technical / functional requirements.

2.Solution design and planning (core value) : Based on the understanding of customer needs and the company's product / service capabilities, design a competitive overall solution to meet customer needs.

3.Proposal Documentation (Core Deliverables) : Write professional, clear and persuasive pre-sales solution documents, customize the solution content according to different customers and scenarios, highlighting customer value and differentiation advantages.

4.Solution Explanation and Demonstration (Core Communication) : Explain and demonstrate the solution clearly and vividly to customers. Effectively convey the value of the solution, answer customer questions and eliminate customer concerns.

5.Sales Support and Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to provide strong pre-sales technical support and jointly promote the sales process.

6.Product Feedback and Internal Collaboration : Feedback customer needs, market dynamics, competitor information to the product in a timely manner to promote. Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D engineers, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover to post-sales delivery.
