SALES EXECUTIVE

Overview

We are looking for a pool of dedicated and responsible individuals to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Executive who will focus on key areas including sales, team monitoring and guiding, junior to high level management work, backend operation and support. We will provide foundational training and development with rotation of each department under supervision of business leaders and mentors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales efforts and support marketing activities.
• Monitor and guide team members across levels, from junior to senior management.
• Engage in backend operations and provide operational support.
• Participate in rotation through departments with supervision from business leaders and mentors.
• Assist in applying systematic processes and contribute to a transparent increment and promotion system.
• Support the implementation of the Systematic Business Operating System (BOS) training.
