We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR & Admin Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and office administration. This is a critical role that will contribute to the overall strategic direction and success of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Workforce Management and Talent Recruitment – Aligns HR strategy with overall business objectives, helping to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce.
  • Contribute and develop HR strategy planning in order to shape the company culture towards positive and cost effective perspective.
  • Competence to handle monthly payroll management and statutory payment to be delivered on time.
  • Oversee and monitor the overall HR records via HRIS such as attendance, leave, claims and medical insurance related claim.
  • Perform performance review and analysis with department heads to identity employee engagement and recommendation for improvement if any.
  • Learning and Development – To perform training analysis and identify proper training course for staff career development.
  • Collaborate with department heads and the management in handling and develop employee relations, managing conflicts and grievance. To act, liaise and foster harmony workplace culture.
  • Ensure and perform standard office management includes of overseeing the daily security services, cleanliness, maintenance of office building, local authorities license compliance, office assets management such as CCTV, server etc.
  • To prepare standard reporting records such as recruitment reports, payroll analysis, staff turnover analysis, attendance, performance KPI reports and etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or relevant degree or certification, with minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field and with at least 5 year managerial experience.
  • Solid knowledge of human resource management.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
  • Firm but courteous, ethical and have integrity.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel.
