We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Admin Executive to support day-to-day operations and assist the Director. This role combines administrative and operational duties, including procurement tasks and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Procurement Support :
- Assist in sourcing and liaising with suppliers.
- Source quality materials at competitive prices.
- Prepare and submit Purchase Requests (PR).
- Support supplier account opening processes.
- Manage delivery follow-ups and documentation.
- Monitor open orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
- Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to understand needs.
- Support urgent purchase requests and project-based sourcing.
Inventory & Stock Management :
Assist in goods receiving and inspection.Coordinate and conduct stock counts.Maintain accurate inventory records.Ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages or overstocking.Administrative & Office Support :
Perform general office administration tasks.Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and related documents.Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.Support for Higher Management :
Assist with personal errands or tasks as required.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory tools.Good communication skills in English and Malay.Benefits :
