We're looking for an enthusiastic, English & Bahasa Melayu - speaking professional ready to be the frontline.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive , you are the voice of the company. Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Frontline Support : Handling all inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers regarding general inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Service Excellence : Going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and ensuring they receive accurate, high-quality information every time.

Qualifications

  • Language : Fluent and excellent command of English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Education : SPM, UEC, SKM 3, SVM 3 and IGCSE certificates .
  • Skills : Good computer literacy.
