Account Executive

Overview

The Account Executive will work closely with the account management team to support the clients\' needs and help drive revenue growth. They will enhance effective communication and organizational skills while building good relationships with clients.

This role is only open for Malaysian applicants or those who already possess a valid visa to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with AM / AAD on realistic campaign / project milestone and timeline.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager / Director on preparation of marketing campaign’s recommendations, strategies, and actions for the client.
• Review, analyse, and evaluate the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives : media output, creative output, research reports and client data.
• Provide clients with business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business.
• Define project scope, estimate and write proposals, and work with producer / traffic manager in the production of campaign deliverables.
• Monitor all budget, research, and production activity on assigned accounts and communicate status of each project to appropriate agency and client personnel to meet project deadlines.
• Keep project status reports up to date via weekly WIP, both in attendance and on document.
• Review deliverables against scope and ensure the quality of deliverables meets expectations.
