QC Job Scope :
- Incoming Raw Material checking on quality
- Temperature control
- Goods Return control
- Pest control
- Hygiene control
- Audit from MOH, JAKIM, customers – preparation of documentations
- Evaluating the dietary needs of a group of consumers.
- Ensure menu selections are in compliance with prescribed diet order, nutritional adequacy, age, cultural background, and religions practice.
- Other ad-hoc duties assign by superior or management
