  • To ensure safety procedures are followed at workplace.
  • Ensure compliance of :
  • FSMS : ISO / FSSC 22000
  • GMP : MS 1514
  • HACCP : MS 1480
  • QMS : ISO 9001
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements and also participation as needed in housekeeping / GMP tours / audits.
  • Report to QA if the effectiveness of pest control programs, sanitation, general housekeeping & cleanliness do not live up to standard in the factory.
  • To operate the Process plants, Spray / integration plant and / or Packaging to meet process and product specifications incl. intermedia / FG tanks and / or raw material receiving area.
  • Able to trouble shoot process problems the Process area, Spray / integration plants and / or Packaging line incl. intermedia tanks and / or raw material receiving area.
  • To be able to carry out some or all activities through the plant from raw materials unloading to finished product.
