Educational background : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Technical expertise : Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and automation, with proficiency in ERP / MRP systems. Leadership skills : Excellent team management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving positive change. Language proficiency : Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and potentially engage with international partners or suppliers. What you'll be doing?
- Lead daily operations : Oversee plant activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
