Live-streaming Operations Manager

Join Tec-Do 2.0, a dynamic e-commerce company based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to lead live‑streaming operations on TikTok.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for establishing and operating the brand's store on TikTok. Lead team members to achieve performance targets through the integration of talent, products, scenarios, and content .
Promote the planning and execution of live‑streaming programs. Continuously evaluate and track live‑streaming effectiveness, identify problems in a timely manner, and optimize operations.
Maintain a keen market sense. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor information, and fashion trends. Provide new ideas and creativity for live‑streaming operations and explore the brand's TikTok operation mode.
Based on overseas market nodes, plan special activities, formulate operation strategies and promotion plans. Track the effect of operation and promotion, and quickly iterate strategies in response to market changes.
As the primary responsible person for the project, be accountable for the final delivery of the project.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above. CET-6 passed, with oral English communication proficiency; Proficiency in Malaysia is a plus.

At least 1 year of live‑streaming operation experience on TikTok and Douyin. Live‑streaming experience in beauty or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is preferred. Familiar with short video and live‑streaming gameplay.

Familiar with the commercialization models of Douyin and TikTok. Have a basic understanding of overseas platforms (TikTok, Google, Facebook).

Result‑oriented, with systematic thinking, excellent data analysis ability, and user insight ability.

Possess excellent communication skills and team spirit, as well as strong self‑motivation and learning ability.
