Designer

Overview

Generate innovative designs, concepts, layouts, and mockups for product packaging and marketing materials. Participate in the end-to-end product development process—from ideation and design to production and launch. Conduct product photography and create high-quality 3D renderings for product registration and marketing use. Responsibilities

Artwork & Production Support : Retouch, resize, and optimize artwork files to meet print production requirements. Perform thorough design reviews to ensure accuracy in text, images, and layout before release to print vendors. Liaise with print vendors to guarantee quality, color accuracy, and timely delivery of printed materials. Work closely with the product team to ensure design consistency and accuracy across all packaging materials. Coordinate with the production department on new artwork development and existing design modifications. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to align on project expectations. Additional Duties : Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Superior. Requirements

Degree in Graphic Design / Art / Creative Multimedia or related field. Required language(s) : English, Malay, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Experience in graphic design is preferred, particularly with beverage, cosmetic, or supplement products; however, candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effect or equivalent A positive attitude, self-motivation, discipline, willingness to learn, hardworking nature, and an ability to meet deadlines. Hands-on mentality and ability to work under time pressure. Work independently with minimum supervision.
