Overview

Associate, Copywriter (Crypto & Digital experience) - Contract at Appnovation. This role focuses on shaping and executing clients' brand narratives across digital platforms for a luxury brand exploring Web3 and crypto-enabled experiences.

Responsibilities

Create compelling microcopy for app navigation, wallet onboarding, NFTs, DeFi features, and other blockchain-related user interface elements.
Develop a consistent brand voice balancing luxury lifestyle with innovation, trust, and the decentralised ethos of Web3.
Drive engagement through messaging with push notifications and email copy for launches of new Web3 features, token drops, or exclusive NFT collections.
Write promotional content for new crypto-enabled features or digital product launches, including descriptions, calls-to-action, and educational support text.
Collaborate with product, UX, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in tone and terminology for blockchain concepts.
Stay current with crypto trends, terminology, regulatory nuances, and community tone to ensure copy feels native to both luxury and crypto-savvy audiences.
Leverage user data and feedback to refine messaging; participate in testing sessions and update content based on user behavior and market reception.
Help maintain and evolve writing guidelines to align with the brand's heritage and Web3 ambitions.

Qualifications

Proven experience : 1–2+ years as a copywriter in digital or crypto-related environments; portfolio includes UX copy, product copy, or marketing materials for Web3, blockchain, NFTs, or fintech.

Exceptional writing skills with strong Chinese writing ability; able to translate complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly copy and switch between informative, promotional, and community tones.

Crypto native (or fluent) : deep understanding of crypto / Web3 culture, terminology, and user behavior, or a fast learner with curiosity about the space.

Digital & data savvy : familiar with A / B testing, funnel optimization, and data-informed content strategy.

Team-oriented : comfortable collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Creative thinker : able to ideate on campaigns blending lifestyle branding with emerging technologies.
