Mintel, a leading market‑intelligence agency, is seeking a Client Success Executive (APAC Hours) to support its global client base. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and focuses on delivering proactive and reactive client support across all sectors.
Responsibilities
- Respond to ad‑hoc client requests, providing timely and thorough responses using Mintel data and insights.
- Create recurring client newsletters in various formats to highlight new data and industry insights.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers on engagement, providing data analysis and reporting on client usage.
- Assist the Client Support team with subscription access issues and market‑research support requests.
- Provide live‑chat support for client inquiries.
- Conduct virtual training sessions on Mintel tools upon request by the Commercial Team.
- Represent Mintel as a knowledgeable expert in methodologies and processes across verticals.
Qualifications
Background in data analysis, insights, and market research; proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas.Tech‑savvy with experience in SaaS platforms such as Mixpanel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adaptable to client and internal audiences.Self‑directed, taking initiative to solve problems and take ownership of client portfolios.Multitasker capable of handling multiple projects with differing deadlines.Client‑obsessed, driven to help clients achieve success.Curious and skilled at navigating client conversations, asking probing questions.Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to support clients based in China.Benefits
