Overview
about the job
- Oversee the planning, cost management, scheduling, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning works, as well as statutory inspections for various construction projects in the MEP field.
- Conduct Drawing Reviews, Regular, Intermediate, and Final Site Inspections in adherence to company policies. Provide comprehensive reports and follow up on the completion of deficiencies identified during inspections.
- Develop, compile, and present progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Manage day-to-day coordination of workers, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and team members.
