What You'll Do
Administer and support JIRA and Confluence environments, ensuring optimal performance.Lead and coordinate JIRA / Confluence upgrades, including scheduling, communication, and performance tuning.Install and manage JIRA add-ons, plugins, and extensions to enhance functionality.Customize JIRA projects, workflows, security schemes, and dashboards to meet complex business requirements.Adapt XML configurations for JIRA / Rally integration and other customizations.Provide training and guidance on JIRA and Confluence tools to team members and new hires.Engage with stakeholders to assess and implement project-specific needs on Atlassian platforms.Must-Have Skills & Experience
Expert-level administration and configuration of JIRA and proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite.Deep understanding of creating and managing complex projects, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.Proficiency in XML (Extensible Markup Language) for customization and integration.Experience with hosted environments and working with remotely co-located systems.Basic programming knowledge, preferably with an understanding of Java frameworks.Previous experience installing and updating JIRA plugins using Atlassian SDK is a plus.Strong track record as a JIRA Administrator with extensive customization experience.Skilled in project setups, components, JIRA reporting, report filters, and dashboard creation.Experience with Rally plugins or similar integrations.Exposure to performance tuning and scaling Atlassian environments.Strong communication and training skills.Ready to Make an Impact?
