Provide consultancy on the system product. Training will be provided by Product Team to understand the reward system product.
Perform configuration of the system based on input of functional details and business requirements.
Develop the test scenarios and test scripts.
Carry out the testing including the mobile application, web application and administration portal testing.
Supporting the customer during the testing.
Conduct the training to the customer.
Perform the system functional maintenance support.
Requirements :
At least 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position.
Working Experience in Insurance Industry or Mobile Banking / Internet Banking / Rewards System / Loyalty System / Marketplace would be an added advantage.
Good command of English, ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
Good interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
Must be analytical and a problem-solver.
Willing to travel and be based overseas if needed.
