Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and pitch creative concepts while summarizing outcomes during client meetings.
  • Drive sales growth for client accounts by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for internal teams, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop high-quality materials, coordinate events, and provide guidance and support.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a motivated and results-driven team environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an advertising, public relations, or in-house agency, preferably within a sports marketing environment. Experience in other industries as an Account Manager is also welcomed.
  • Strong storytelling and exceptional writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and deliver unique solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in pitching ideas.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
