Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and implement strategies to monitor and evaluate mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects. Inspect all phases of mechanical and electrical systems in construction buildings. Identify issues and discrepancies from project specifications and propose corrective actions. Ensure materials delivered to the site comply with contracts and construction drawings, focusing on specifications, quality, and suitability for the project. Monitor and keep records of all M&E work activities on-site for reporting purposes. Conduct final inspections and handovers, ensuring all aspects of the construction meet required standards and specifications. Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
Requirements :
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in monitoring construction projects.
- Experience as an M&E consultant is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of M&E engineering principles and practices.
