Program Manager

It offers one-stop manufacturing solutions including plastic injection moulding, PCB assembly, automated assembly, finishing, final packaging, and logistics. Headquartered in Senai, Johor, our client has manufacturing facilities across Malaysia, China, Indonesia & Vietnam, employing over 12,000 people, and serves global customers in Europe, Japan, and the U.S. with high-value manufacturing & ODM / OEM solutions.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the program team to ensure department responsibilities and objectives are achieved.

Provide direction and guidance to align with overall organizational business goals.

Act as the key liaison with customers while coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products according to requirements.

Oversee business risks, including managing and negotiating write-off claims with customers.

Monitor, track, and report program progress, including changes, priorities, and strategies to achieve defined goals.

Review and analyze forecast waterfall charts to support planning and decision-making.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.

Salary Range : RM8k - RM10k
