Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to Sales, Warehouse, or Accounts departments.
  • Manage and organize records, invoices, purchase orders, and shipment details.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with inventory monitoring and replenishment.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle calls, emails, and daily documentation efficiently.
  • Support department projects and ad-hoc tasks.
