Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to Sales, Warehouse, or Accounts departments.
- Manage and organize records, invoices, purchase orders, and shipment details.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and replenishment.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle calls, emails, and daily documentation efficiently.
- Support department projects and ad-hoc tasks.
